DYLDAM SECURES ST LEONARDS SITE
PARRAMATTA developer, Dyldam, has paid $120 million to the Winten Group for a prime spot in St Leonards with the capacity for 777 apartments, a 300-square-metre supermarket and a 2600SM retail and office precinct.
CLUB MARCONI'S $12M CLUB VISION
CLUB Marconi, at Bossley Park, plans to build a $12 million Macarthur Sports and Community Club, next to the Narellan Sports Hub. Construction is expected to commence in 2017.
MASTER-PLANNED RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY
SEKISUI House Australia has acquired an 8.1-hectare site located beside the fairways of the Castle Hill Country Club in Baulkham Hills, to develop a master-planned residential community. It was acquired for $210 million from property developer Tony Merhi. The mixed-use masterplan includes 1300 apartments.
APPROVAL FOR 220 UNITS AT KELLYVILLE
ABOUT 220 residential units could be built in three apartment blocks, four to eight storeys high, on a 4.8-hectare site, at 5-9 Withers Street, Kellyville, following approval by the Sydney West Joint Regional Planning Panel.
