2570 DWELLINGS IN COMPLEX
THE eight-hectare Ivanhoe Estate at Macquarie Park is to be transformed into a high quality integrated community of 2570 dwellings, according to a proposal by Family & Community Services. The complex will include 1886 private dwellings, 556 social housing dwellings and 128 affordable housing dwellings, which is 160 percent more than the 259 social dwellings currently on the site.
IRISH PUB REOPENS
PJ Gallagher’s Irish Pub has opened on the former site of the Corner Pub and Liverpool Hotel, in the Liverpool CBD, following a $1.5 million refurbishment Patrick Gallagher has owned the 1000-square-metre site for two years.

BERMARK Pty Ltd has lodged a DA with Blacktown City Council for a $49 million, 11-storey apartment block, at 125 Main Street, Blacktown. The 1220-square-metre building will include 153 units.

HIGH RISE NEAR HOTEL
DEVELOPERS Dyldam, which bought the Bull ‘n’ Bush Hotel on Windsor Road, Baulkham Hills, for $50 million from the Paul Irvin Hotel Group last year, proposes buildings of five, six, 15 and 18 storeys on a site next to the hotel.
