Jobs and Skills Expo comes to town

THE Australian Government is bringing the Jobs and Skills Expos to Parramatta on Thursday, August 8 at Rose Hill Gardens Exhibition Hall.

This Jobs and Skills Expo is part of the Government’s Building Australia’s Future Workforce package and builds on the success of 88 Expos held around the country.

The Parramatta Job and Skills Expo will be the 92nd in the series and promises to one of the biggest events of its kind held in western Sydney. 

The Australian Government Jobs and Skills Expos have a proven track record of achieving results in linking local businesses looking to employ staff with job seekers looking for employment opportunities.

Since they started in 2009, the Expos have linked more than 290,000 job seekers with more than 6,400 businesses and skills training providers.

The Expo is a great way to canvas for staff now or for the future, and networking businesses or organisations - all under one roof, all on one day!

Admission to the Expo is free for both exhibitors and job seekers.

Exhibitor are provided with basic exhibition facilities (table/chairs/power on request), signage and a light lunch - all at no cost.
