LJ HOOKER HOME LOANS

New look shop front opens in CBD

THE first new look LJ Hooker Home Loans shopfront has opened in Parramatta.

The new office heralds a new era for one of Australia’s most iconic real estate brands.

The Cumberland office presents a crisp and exciting new shopfront for the home loan extension of LJ Hooker, the first in the country.

Located at Shops 1 and 2, 180 George St, Parramatta, the Home Loan Centre will offer property finance services to the Western Sydney community, not just people who purchase through the LJ Hooker network.

On August 29, LJ Hooker Home Loans revealed the new look shopfront with an official opening by Member for Parramatta, Dr Geoff Lee.

The launch comes at a time when Parramatta and surrounding suburbs are experiencing a boom in property development and popularity.

Led by experienced mortgage broker, Quintin Hampshire, the team at LJ Hooker Home Loans Cumberland provides full financial support for those looking to purchase property or refinance their existing loans.

“We are proud to be working under the LJ Hooker brand, a company that stands for integrity and best practice, which are values we will bring to the home Loan operation,” said Quintin.

“Our team are property finance experts and are accredited with Australia’s leading lenders so we are equipped to deliver the full range of finance options and unbiased advice to our customers. We are excited about the opportunity of building this business in Western Sydney and supporting the growth of the local economy and it’s residents.”

The launch was also attended by LJ Hooker CEO, Grant Harrod, LJ Hooker Home Loans Operations Manager, Kevin Lee, Parramatta City Council Economic Development Manager, Ildi Vukovich and representatives from many of Australia’s leading lenders.

Dr Lee welcomed guests and VIPs to the opening, saying how exciting the future for Parramatta and the district is with the 35% rise in the local housing market over the last three years and Parramatta being voted the ‘most liveable suburb’ in NSW.

Dr Lee described the exciting development being planned for the area with eight billion dollars being invested in building and infrastructure and the announcement for the development of the Parramatta Heritage Precinct which will create 6000 new homes.

Dr Lee said: “I would like to thank Quintin and the team for their contribution to the local community, assisting with employment and boosting the local economy. Parramatta local businesses are the best businesses and we need to support them.”

LJ Hooker’s CEO, Grant Harrod was at the event to welcome Mr Hampshire and the LJ Hooker Home Loans Cumberland office to Australia’s number one real estate brand.

“The new home loan brand is a key part of our network and one we are keen to continue to grow. The LJ Hooker name has been synonymous with real estate in the Australian market for over 80 years and this is a great extension of the brand and the service we can deliver,” Mr Harrod said
