Since its conception, Think Outside has been committed to creating a global community by up skilling craftsmen in developing countries, whilst continually pushing the boundaries of art through innovation.
Still today, the unique pieces within each collection are custom designed by Aaron and crafted individually by artisans at the Think Outside workshop operating out of Vietnam - the epicentre for building the thousands of pieces each year.
Meanwhile, Aaron and the team, at the head office at Parramatta, are busy designing and creating new collections, driving the global business forward and spreading the word for Think Outside.

His journey and experiences have shaped his life to inspire the creation of unique and remarkable hand-crafted products for people to enjoy in their homes and gardens.
Aaron started his vocation in the world of fine jewellery design, mastering his skills in sculpting, drawing and painting while sparking a desire for restoration and custom design.
He next ventured into the prestigious diamond industry in South Africa, starting his own business: AJ Diamond Supplies. Here is where the inspiration began for Think Outside.
Collaborating with local Zimbabweans creating rough metal sculptures, the first ‘My Piece of Africa’ was born, imported and sold in Australia.
In 2006, Aaron made the heart-wrenching decision to move the business out of Zimbabwe, opening up a new workshop in Vietnam in South-East Asia –continuing the ethos of up-skilling and community building in a developing country –‘My Piece of Africa’ became Think Outside.
One of Aaron’s key drivers for inspiration is that success should help everyone, and that’s where Think Outside holds its roots.
Unrelenting commitment to the local global community, experiencing new cultures, broadening new horizons and seeing the remarkable in the everyday encompasses what his products are all about.
Aaron travells to the US, Europe and Asia -hopping between the various countries where his products are sold and strengthening his valued team of more than 300 staff worldwide.
