Last year, the event was a sell out with Sydney’s leading businesses coming together to support Special Olympics Australia. Now in its 4th year, the Laugh Out Loud Corporate Breakfast will be held on Thursday, May 2 at ANZ Stadium, Sydney Olympic Park.
Special Olympics started over 40 years ago and provides sporting opportunities for children and adults with intellectual disabilities in 170 countries. The organisation started in Australia in 1976.
Each week approximately 5,600 athletes participate in 14 sports across 250 sports clubs located in metropolitan and rural Australia. Training is provided in a range of sports and all skill levels are catered for.
Children as young as eight are encouraged to participate but the programs are open to people of all ages. The average age of Special Olympics Australia athletes is 27.
Special Olympics Australia relies heavily on support from corporate and individual sponsorship plus the tireless work of volunteers. With the Laugh Out Loud Corporate Breakfast, Sydney’s leading businesses can show they care by purchasing tickets and supporting the event. Tickets are $65 each or $600 for a table of 10.
The Laugh Out Loud Corporate Breakfast is Sydney’s pre-eminent business breakfast event. Last year was a sell-out with 700 business people from around Sydney coming together to network, chat and have fun.
