Hills Shire Mayor Dr Michelle Byrne said the new building has reinvigorated Councillors and Council staff.
“We’re really happy to be in a new, modern office that will allow us to work more productively and efficiently,” Mayor Byrne said.
“We may have a new home but we’re bringing our high customer service standards with us.”
Mayor Byrne asked residents for patience over the next few days with some issues bound to arise.
“With any big move there’s always the odd teething problem or technical glitch. However we are working to be fully operational as soon as possible.”
“By and large most of our services are ready to go. Feel free to come down and pay us a visit,” Mayor Byrne said.

THE Hills Shire Council is now operating out of its new home at 3 Columbia Court, Norwest Business Park, Baulkham Hills.
