PAYCE SELLS HALF SHARE for $100M
LISTED property developer Payce Consolidated will sell its half stake in the 2.6-hectare Bay Park project, in the Auburn local government area, in a $100 million deal.
PARRAMATTA SEEKS CYCLE HIRE OPERATOR
PARRAMATTA City Council and Parramatta Park Trust are looking for an operator interested in establishing a bicycle hire business in Parramatta. The cycle hire project is intended to increase opportunities for cycling, encourage visitors to explore places of interest around the LGA and maximise the safety and comfort of cycle users. The EOI process for a cycle hire operator closes on August 18.
GOODMAN GROUP TO DEVELOP WAREHOUSES
THE Goodman Group will develop two warehouse facilities to nearly 60,000 square metres at the Oakdale Industrial Estate, Horsley Park, for DHL international logistics group, for about $80 million.
